As promised, Munghana Lonene fm brought smiles to the faces of South Africans during Mandela month. We provided hope where there was no hope. The Mandela month was in line with our 50^th anniversary celebrations and Operation Ndlandlamuka.

We are now changing the gear to Women’s month. This year, the country is also celebrating 60 years since the adoption of the freedom charter. Our August content will be aligned to the two. We kicked off our Women’s month celebrations with a powerful Minkondzo ya tinghwadzi programme which featured a very powerful woman, COGHSTA MEC Makoma Makhurupetje.

Our marketing manager, Vongi Nkanyane raised the curtain on Friday 31 July when she directed the 2015 Business Women Awards. She executed it with aplomb.
